Booking Terms and Conditions:

 

By placing a booking, you agree to Model Skin booking terms and conditions. We are a small business and operate 'by appointment only.'

For all cosmetic appointments with Nurse Ellie, a scripting fee of $50 will apply for all NEW prescriptions. Prescriptions last 12 months (unless there is a change in health or treatment plan). This fee is subject to change at any stage without notice due to the constant changes with Qld Health regarding cosmetic injectables. 

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please call or SMS 0450 784 653.

A payment of $100 will be deducted from your saved card if you fail to arrive OR late cancel within the 24 hour period (we understand life can get in the way sometimes, so please let me know and we can reschedule you!). 

ALL appointments require a $50 deposit to secure the appointment time and date. The $50 deposit can be used towards the cost of your appointment. Services that have been prepaid, e.g., Laser Genesis x3 Full Face, still require a $50 deposit to secure the appointment time and date.
